What To Expect At Your Pet's First Visit

All new clients must complete the new client information form. This provides us with some basic information about you and your pet to help to get to know you a little better!

For your convenience, we have made the new client information form available online. Simply fill the form out and submit it online here or you may complete it upon arrival at your first visit (but just be sure to arrive a few minutes early!)

As part of our routine examination process, your pet will be examined from nose-to-tail. This will allow us to get a better understanding of their overall health condition. From this examination, we may recommend other services to ensure your pet is in the best health as possible. Such services may include vaccinations, parasite testing, and bloodwork. During this process, please feel free to ask your veterinarian as many questions as you would like.

Please bring any of your pet’s previous medical health records with you as well. This will give us a more complete picture of your pet’s health history.
