To ensure that all pets are attended to with equal time and attention, we kindly ask all pet owners to schedule appointments ahead. When you are ready to make an appointment for your pet, please call the front desk and we will do our best to accommodate a time that is most convenient for you.
We understand that emergencies can’t wait. If your pet is experiencing an emergency, please call us right away so we can make the necessary preparations and advise you on the situation. For our after-hours emergencies, we recommend and trust the following 24-hour full-service veterinary hospitals.
For the safety of patients, clients, and our staff, all animals brought in must be restrained by a leash or carrier. If you have any questions or concerns with this policy, please feel free to give us a call.

We require full payment for services at the time they’re rendered, including payments for treatments, examinations, prescription medication or food, and any other purchases made at our office. We accept cash, checks, American Express, Mastercard, Discover, Visa, Scratchpay and CareCredit®.
The medical team at Family Pet Clinic prides itself on providing the highest level of veterinary care in the area. If your pet requires a specialized procedure or doctor that we are not able to offer at our facility, we are happy to offer referrals who we know and trust.
Your pet will continue to be one of our patients and throughout the treatment process, the specialist will keep us updated on your pet’s status so that we may continue treatment at our facility.
In addition to the services we provide, our medical facility is stocked with pet health products including medications, parasite preventatives, prescription diets and more.
If your pet needs a refill, please call us 24-48 hours ahead of pickup time so that we can fulfill the request. If we are out of stock, we will promptly order more and notify you when the product is in. You are also able to order prescriptions through our online store.
Prescription diets are recommended to help treat numerous conditions. We carry a vast array of prescriptions diet so that one of our veterinarians can make the best recommendation for your pet. We also offer prescription diets through our online store.
