Family Pet Clinic

Full Service Vet Clinic

Our clinic offers age-appropriate preventative and wellness care, and diagnostics for when you friend is feeling unwell. To maintain optimal oral and systemic health, we provide dentistry. Our doctors are skilled surgeons, when such intervention is necessary. We offer non-invasive laser therapy for healing and comfort. For those pets who have visit anxiety, we have Happy Pet Visits, which are 100-percent fun visits to meet the staff and promote a positive veterinary experience!

Preventative Care

We at Family Pet Clinic want to do everything we can to help you keep your friend well, happy, and living his or her best life with you! Our preventative care includes age- and health-appropriate exams, vaccinations, and parasite control. To keep your pal fit and trim, we offer nutrition and weight management guidance. Talk to us about the benefits of microchipping, the best way to be reconnected should your pet be lost and found by a good samaritan.

Diagnostic Care

Should your pet need them, our in-house diagnostics are at the ready. Non-invasive and pain-free digital radiography and ultrasound enable us to look for abnormalities within your pet's body. Our in-house lab allows us to take and analyze samples right under our roof, which means a faster turnaround time. All these tools enable us to more quickly formulate a treatment plan to help your forever friend.

Veterinary Pet Surgery

Here at Family Pet Clinic, we take great pride in the safety and success of the surgical procedures we perform. We know anxiety can arise when one hears his or her pet may have to undergo surgery, which is why we discuss surgical plans that are best for your pet. Before, during, and after the procedure, we make it one of our top priorities to keep you informed about the progress of your pet’s surgery.

Pet Dental Services

Bad breath in pets is very common. Oftentimes it can be the first sign of dental disease or infection. If you notice your pet’s breath has a foul odor, it is important you let your veterinarian know during your routine examination or you can discuss it over the phone.

Laser Therapy

Laser therapy is an advanced, modern recovery technique that can help in the treatment of skin wounds, arthritis, post-operative recovery, and other conditions. The laser uses specific wavelengths of light and stimulates blood and oxygen supply to the specific body area. Essentially, this allows the body to speed up the process of repairing any damaged cells. The process is safe, non-invasive, and your pet can go home the same day.

Puppy & Kitten Care

We know how exciting new pets can be, which is why we believe it is important for you to schedule a wellness exam as soon as possible, ensuring your pet is on the path to a long, happy, and healthy life. Some pets may encounter fear and anxiety when coming to the veterinarian, and that’s ok! The sooner you bring in your new friend, the more likely he or she will be comfortable and hopefully less stressed! Whether you have a new puppy or kitten, there are two services we highly recommend: spay/neuter procedure and microchipping.

Holistic Services

The philosophy of holistic medicine is to look at all aspects of the entire animal and be open to using a variety of treatments. At Family Pet Clinic, our veterinarians use both conventional and alternative therapies in their patients. We recognize that modern veterinary techniques are necessary in caring for an animal but also believe that alternative medicine modalities such as Acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine, and Chinese Herbal Medicine have a role as well.
